Gapify is a business partner and marketing consultancy. We work with companies across the UAE and the wider MENA region. This policy explains how we handle personal data on www.gapify.org (the website) and in Dalia, our private internal AI assistant. Part 1 covers the website and everyone who contacts us. Part 2 covers Dalia.

Part 1: The Gapify website
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. The proposal request form asks for your name, company, email or phone, the service you need and a short message. The portfolio request form asks for an email address and, optionally, a WhatsApp number. We do not ask for payment details, and we do not run accounts or logins.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit a form, it is delivered by email to business@gapify.org, with a copy to Dalia, our internal assistant (see Part 2), through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service. We use it only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and send the portfolio you asked for. We do not sell your details, use them for advertising or share them with third parties, except the service providers named on this page that help us run the website and email.
WhatsApp and booking a call
The WhatsApp button opens a chat with Gapify in WhatsApp, which handles that conversation under its own privacy policy. The Book a call button opens a Google Calendar booking page; the details you enter there are processed by Google and shared with us so we can meet you.
Cookies, analytics and fonts
The website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when a page loads. The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful to answer you and to run our business relationship, and we delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to business@gapify.org.
Links to other websites
The site links to our LinkedIn company page and to WhatsApp and Google Calendar. We are not responsible for how those services handle your data.
Part 2: Dalia, Gapify's internal AI assistant
Gapify FZ-LLC ("Gapify", "we") operates a private, internal AI assistant called Dalia ("the app"). The app is used only by Gapify and by people Gapify works with, to manage email, calendars, files and tasks.
What the app accesses
When a user connects a Google account, the app can read email, calendar events and files in that account, create calendar events and draft emails, and save files the app itself creates in Google Drive. Which permissions apply is shown on Google's consent screen. The app accesses only the accounts that their owners have connected.
How we use the data
Data is used only to provide the assistant's features to the account owner: summarising messages, tracking commitments and deadlines, finding files, scheduling meetings and preparing drafts. We do not sell data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties, except as described below.
Processing by AI
To perform its tasks, the app sends the text it needs (for example an email or a document) to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models by default.
Storage
Data the app keeps (for example a list of commitments and short summaries) is stored on a private server controlled by Gapify. Google account access tokens are stored on that server and are not shared. We keep data only as long as it is useful for the account owner and delete it on request.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices
You can withdraw the app's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you by contacting us.
